When your order needs to be approved, we will send you a confirmation email. We immediately start preparing your order after you confirm. During this time, it is difficult to change or cancel your order, but we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Processing
Your order usually requires 1-3 business days to handle. If the processing time is longer than expected, we will send you an email.

Mission delivery
takes 15-25 business days.

Notice:
1. Transportation preparation (quality assurance, packaging, document work, etc.) generally requires 1-3 (and certain items may take 3-6 business days) business days, excluding total "shipping time" .
2. All expressions have special tracking information.
3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. The email will contain a unique tracking number. You can log in to "My Account" to view the status of your order. Click "My Order" to view the status of your order and/or obtain the tracking number.
4. During holidays, delivery time may be different because manufacturers and courier restrict their activities during this period. Unfortunately, this exceeds our scope of control, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Tracking number and website quick link will be sent to you via email immediately after your order has been shipped. If delivery fails, we will send you an email. After receiving the order, you can write reviews and get reward points.
Please contact us within 6 months of delivery. Without confirmation or delivery, our representative will resolve it within 24 hours. Please note that expired applications cannot be accepted.
