How can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can only update your shipping address before shipping. Submit the ticket within one hour of ordering. To ensure correct delivery of your package, please ensure your address is complete and correct with all details including apartment/suite/room numbers. We will no longer be able to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. And we cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped. In this case, please follow the tracking information and contact the carrier to adjust the shipping address to ensure you receive your order.

We will ship within 12 hours of your order and send you a tracking email.

How can I track my order?
When we are ready to ship your order, we will email you the relevant shipping information. You will be able to track your order in "My Orders" by logging into Web Connect in your email and clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Activation tracking can take up to 24 hours.
The tracking status is "tag created, not yet in the system", is the tracking number incorrect?
In this case, your package is indeed on the way.
Status may not be updated in a timely manner due to temporary delays caused by the COVID-19 virus. Please be patient until the shipping company updates your status.

Tracking information shows "Status Unavailable", is the tracking number incorrect?
Sometimes there is a delay in updating logistics companies. But pass. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

If the tracking information says your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
Follow these steps:
1) Check the shipping address on the order
2) Look for the attempted delivery notification
3) Check the delivery location of the package package
4) Make sure the package was not left at reception or with a neighbor
5) Some packages are sent by multiple carriers, check your mailbox or wherever you receive mail
6) Wait 48 hours - In rare cases , the package can be delivered up to 48 hours before arrival
7) If your package is not yet marked, contact the carrier.
